Physical education incorporates a variety of topics. We learn motor skills and development in a fun and exciting environment that contributes to whole body fitness and health. Physical education is where students learn not only how to play sports, but also how to be responsible, confident, and a great model to their peers by showing good sportsmanship. We will prepare for a lifelong, healthy lifestyle by learning about the body and how it works. This will include understanding proper nutrition, the right amount of physical activity, and safe and healthy life choices. This is a chance for every student to be successful in a fun and safe environment! "My biggest strength is knowing what my weaknesses are."
